Following the purchase of a parcel of land at Brynteg Crescent, Rhymney a planning application for the development of 8 semi-detached properties comprising 4 three-bed and 4 two-bed semi-detached two-storey houses was submitted to Caerphilly County Borough Council. This followed a successful pre-application process where the planning officer elected to support a full planning application.
