Project Description

Client: Guy Salmon Sytner Group Duration: 2018—2020 62 weeks Cost: £13m Procurement: JCT 2016 Design & Build Designers: SRA Architects. Rogers Leask Engineers

Design and construction of a new state-of-the-art JLR brand dealership for The Sytner Group. Delivering showrooms and parking areas with capacity for more than 400 vehicles together with workshops and servicing bays are accommodated on the 72,000sq-3 site. Office space over two floors, plus a roof deck maximise the space available to the AM100’s top-placed retail group at the facility, which complies with JLR’s Dual Arch Concept corporate identity

With a construction programme of 62 weeks, the Covidpandemic affected progress but the collaborative working relationship with the client allowed the project to be re-planned and the agreed completion date successfully achieved.

High quality finishings to all areas including offices, customer experience, showrooms, vehicle delivery bays and workshops.
